How my journey began
My journey in photography started in 1998 largely due to a misunderstanding. I was interested in studying to become a web designer and went for a meeting at my local college with the admittance officer. Needless to say we got our wires hopelessly crossed and I ended up enrolled onto a photography course. I thought I’d give it a go and here I am.
During my career I’ve specialised in food photography as it combines my twin passions of capturing light bouncing off stuff and food. I’ve got to the point where I can guarantee that you’ve got examples of my images in your house most likely in the fridge, freezer or your kitchen cupboard. I’ve worked with most of the UK’s supermarket groups and indeed for clients all over the world and have loved every minute!
After eight years as Photographic Director at an international design agency where I devised visual styles for mega brands and wrote photographic guidelines for those brands, I am now offering my services direct to clients all over the world.
